Silent Retreat Day – Sunday March 25

Calling All Practitioners!


Have you been wishing for a quiet day of concentrated meditation practice?

Join us on Sunday, March 25th from 9 am to 3 pm. From 9 – 9:50 am, there will be instruction in both sitting & walking meditation, followed by a 10-minute silent break.

From 10 am to noon, join us for sitting and walking meditation, followed by a free hot lunch served and eaten in functional silence.

We’ll resume sitting & walking meditation again at 1 pm, and conclude with dedications at 3 pm.

Enjoy the supportive atmosphere of group practice and immerse yourself in silence. You can practice tonglen, mahamudra or whatever your current practice may be.

You are welcome to join us for any portion of the day.
